Eken Park is a small, quiet neighborhood of single-family homes and small apartment buildings on the near east side of Madison.

The neighborhood’s modest, architecturally diverse homes are attractive to those young and old, singles and families. Many homes in Eken Park offer character-rich details that date back to the early to mid 1900s. In this part of Madison you’ll commonly come across houses with arched doorways and ornate railings, as well as original hardwood flooring, crown molding, and trim.

Most Eken Park properties include either 2 or 3 bedrooms and less than 1,500 finished square feet. The houses are built on modestly-sized parcels, which makes getting to know your neighbors easy in this quiet east side neighborhood.
